mathieu 624839849f fix(host-detail): restore flex-grow on app link to right-align remove button

The <span class="app-row__name"> (flex: 1) was replaced by an <a> without
that class, so the Remove button lost its right-alignment. Adding
app-row__name to the <a> restores the layout.
